Southernsbroadstock is in the enviable position of working with a large number of trusted supply partners. We do this by building a close working relationship with our suppliers. We were invited by one of our partners, Kvadrat, to visit their showroom. It was great to see everyone together, learning more about their business.
Kvadrat produces high performance design textiles and strive to produce fabrics that are as sustainable as possible. They do their upmost to reduce, reuse and recycle as much material as possible, while creating fabrics designed to last. It is important for us to work with suppliers whose values mirror our own. Kvadrat shares our vision for eco-conscious business practices while providing effective, creative solutions; embracing the strengths that diversity brings to their business. Kvadrat aim to achieve 50% carbon reduction in scope 1-2 by 2025. Reaching 100% by 2030 to become net zero in scope 1-3 by 2040 (baseline 2019) through there science-based targets initiative (SBTI).
Their extensive selection of fabrics has proven to be a popular option with clients, especially those seeking solutions with a minimal environmental impact at the highest quality.
