During his tenure as MD at world-leading Swedish office furniture company, Kinnarps, Ashley was responsible for innovative refurbishments of several impressive buildings within the Corporate and Central Government sectors. As CEO of Southernsbroadstock he now leads a team of industry specialists with the aim of becoming the UK’s number one choice for workplace furniture solutions, as well as driving sustainable working practices. His key focus is to successfully grow the business across our four main sectors: Health, Government, Education and Corporate, whilst maintaining our entrepreneurial and customer focussed culture. Southernsbroadstock prides itself on its incisive thinking, end-to-end delivery and supplying the right furniture, fixtures and equipment to optimise space and enhance user experience.

As Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) I set and maintain the standards for Project Management throughout the company. I am also responsible for creating the procedures and best practices to help deliver Projects safely, smoothly, on time and on budget.

As Head of PMO, I am responsible for ensuring all Projects are correctly scheduled and that they have the required resources available.

Having regular meetings/updates with other department Heads is an essential part of my role to ensure the company is totally aligned with progress/issues etc.

In his current role of Strategy Project Director, Tony heads up the bid team to work out the best possible strategies to secure success and has been instrumental in winning a number of high-profile framework tenders. After getting hooked on road cycling three years ago, Tony has entered a number of challenging events including a 95 mile and 8000 feet climbing event in the Peak District.

I’m an account manager covering the Northwest and Greater Manchester area. I look after mainly higher education customers but have worked with many others. Corporate, further education, NHS, government and main contractor customers are some of the others.

My role is to be a single point of contact for my customers, assisting on their projects. From the early inception and planning stages right through to completion and aftercare; completing site visits and surveys, space measuring, product and interiors specification and advice. Supported by quotations and space plans/ area designs, finishes and colour advice.
I’m grateful for the team I work with and consider everyone as a friend. It’s amazing to be able to work with such a friendly, hard-working group! I’m proud to tell people I work for SBL!

I’m a very passionate dog mum with 3 fur babies who I never stop talking about; my world pretty much revolves around them! I’m also a keen DIY-er in my spare time. My partner and I buy properties to renovate and sell on, which has been a labour of love at times, as we do pretty much all the work ourselves.
