With so many talented people at Southernsbroadstock, we felt it was time to give them the spotlight. That’s why we’re extremely pleased to have started our new Employee of the Month initiative in 2022. Every month, our management team selects from a list of nominees to choose people who have displayed outstanding work and a positive attitude.
Since starting the scheme in January, we’ve highlighted the hard work of team members all across the business. It’s been a fantastic way to keep departments connected with the people and the successes that make each area of the company run smoothly.
