COVID-19 Update

We are continuing to follow UK government advice regarding coronavirus and place the health and safety of our staff, customers, suppliers and the wider community at the forefront of all decisions, we are aiming to keep all areas of our business as operational as possible. However, it has become clear that many of our customers are unable to accept deliveries and our supply chain are either closing or are significantly reducing their capacity. We have therefore taken the decision to temporarily scale back our operations across all departments… we are still open for business and here to support you where needed.

Whilst closely following the Government Guidance for employers and businesses on coronavirus (COVID-19), we have retained a core team of staff, available through these telephone numbers; 0333 370 0025, 0113 255 9555 or 01204 691008, we will be happy to continue to assist you with any questions or queries that you may have.

During this period, our staff will be prioritising any essential, emergency or Coronavirus related activity and we are sure that you will support us with this decision. In order for us to manage any future requirements, it is beneficial for you to continue placing orders and sending your enquiries to us in the normal way. Our order book is strong and future capacity will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

We would like to thank you in advance for your support and understanding. This is a difficult time for everyone in the UK. Our thoughts remain with the people and communities most directly impacted by COVID-19. We recognise that this is a ‘team’ effort and that we all have a part to play in combatting the virus, and that our actions can have a significant impact on the course of this disease.
